Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your Templed® product must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products purchased during promotional sales
  • Sample or trial-size products

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at sales@templed.store to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item to:

  1. Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Product inspection: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Bank processing time: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

Tracking Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
  • Keep your tracking information until the return is complete

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. Include your order number
  4. We will provide specific return instructions
